Many thanks to Frances. She has been very professional throughout the deal. I first contacted her during the Covid lockdown time. And, she followed up me a couple of weeks later when store opened up.

She was very thoughtful to fill me with the right details and tips in each stage - be it about the work, cost, time, and even to choose which box to deliver the laptop.

My 2017 MacBook Pro 13” (No Touch Bar) suddenly stopped working one day and I was panicking especially that I had important files on it and not to mention, I use this for school (now that everything has shifted online)... I did my research and realised IT-TECH were the only guys in Australia that did a proper fix for this problem (that will last). Whist getting the GPU fixed, I also had numerous other little things sorted out on my computer. All in all it feels new again after all their little touch ups.

Over the phone Frances really knew her stuff and was a prompt communicator.

Everything was reasonably priced.

It's nice that this service exists. I'll be able to continue using my beloved and old macbook now,for a few more years. Rather than just trashing it and buying a new one like Apple want us to do.

Apple wanted $100 just to give me a quote on the damage - and let’s face it, they would’ve either said it was unfixable or quoted me a ridiculous price. Frances gave me a break down of what it would cost to fix it, depending on which parts were damaged (between $600-1200). For $850 she had it back to me the next day with all my data intact! Apple could never!! She repaired the logic board and replaced the touch pad. I cannot believe how lucky I am, I recommend her to everyone! Best service ever!
